| Job Description |
The Slot Technician II will analyze and respond to a variety of customer service related issues. The technicians are responsible for the repair and maintenance of component level electronic circuitry in gaming devices. In addition technicians will be expected to maintain and calibrate currency validations, execute machine moves, game conversions, installations and floor upgrade of current ticket-in ticket out products. Responsible to investigate device malfunctions of various gaming devices and clear bill jams. Day to day repair and preventative maintenance of all slot machines installed at Soboba Casino. Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Management. |

| Qualifications |
High School diploma or equivalent, AA Degree in electronics preferred. 1-2 years as a Slot Technician or equivalent technical experience. Possess basic motor skills and troubleshooting techniques, possess limited knowledge of all forms of gaming equipment, system components and Slot Department signage and strong organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints with particular attention to detail and quality of service. |
